Cook until the liquid reduces by half, about 5 minutes. ![]() In a skillet over high heat, pan-sear the pork. Put the skillet back on the heat, add the Applesauce and pour in the wine and vinegar. Remove the meat from the marinade and drain off the excess. (Add more oil and butter to skillet as needed). In a shallow pan, pour marinade over pork chops and marinate for 1 hour. Use a large spoon to spoon the melted butter over the pork chops. Transfer as cooked to a platter and keep warm in oven. Continue to cook for 8 to 10 minutes more, flipping the chops every minute, until they register 135☏ in the thickest part.
